This week we’ve re-opened our doors and had our very first photography session post lockdown and we thought we’d share with you how with implemented changes to our workflow to ensure the safety of you and your family.
The big changes, we are now only shooting one session per day and these will be taking place on set days, Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays. This is to ensure that there is minimum (if any) cross over between you and other families. It also gives us a chance to clean the studio thoroughly between each session.
We’ve also decided, where possible to have your viewing session the next day, so that means you can walk away with prints and digitals the very next day after your session. Wall art purchases will take a bit longer but we will hand deliver to your door once once we’ve made the finishing touches.
We are extremely lucky that our studio has a considerable amount of space, we’ve removed some furniture to make this space even bigger so we don’t anticipate social distancing to be an issue. However with this in mind we have decided to wear masks just in case. We will also have masks available to you if you wish to wear them, along with lots and lots of hand sanitiser.
Back to the fun stuff, this week we had little Oliver in the studio, at 7 months old Oliver was full of smiles and little giggles. The brief for this shoot was timeless and bright and we absolutely love how the final photographs have turned out. There is nothing more cute than a pair of dungarees combined with a gorgeous smile. Oliver’s Gran joined the family bubble after spending all of the lockdown by herself and what better way to celebrate their reunion than with a gorgeous set of portraits.
